PAYMENT OPTIONS EXPLAINED:
SPECIAL RATES
- Siblings – 5% Discount applies for siblings enrolled in different groups (excl. Song Crew Choir and special rates already applied). Babies up to 6mths accompanying an older sibling get a bonus head start FREE of charge! (Full rate applies if attending alone)
- Morning Groups: 2for$46 – Discount rate for 2 siblings aged 7mths+ attending a morning group together up to Level 1 – NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE – Call us to amend fees to discount rate.
- After-School Classes – $34 discount off Song Crew Choir term tuition fees for students also enrolled in Level 4 or 5. NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE – Call us to amend fees to the discount rate.
- This option is a commitment for the year. As a thank you, you receive a bonus $80 disc. ($20 saving per term). Monthly instalments are calculated by adding the total of 4 terms tuition then dividing into 10 payments from Jan to Oct or calculated pro rata for terms from date enrolled to end of Term 4.
- Log into your online profile then add your credit card in Auto Pay (under Your Account on homepage).
- EMAIL US to request this payment option, providing authority to charge your credit card e. admin@julieloganmusic.com.au
- First instalment will be charged (+Resource Fee if applicable) – pending your email approving Direct Debit. Remaining instalments will be charged on the 1st of each month through to October.
Cancellation Policy: The Direct Debit option is a commitment for the year or from the date enrolled to the end of Term 4, receiving a $20 disc per term. If enrolment is cancelled at any time, the terms attended will be recalculated at the full rate prior to any balance owing /refund is advised (Terms & Conditions)
OPTION 2. UPFRONT TUITION – Pay Term Tuition Upfront, in advance
- Enrol online and pay tuition in full at the checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard
ENROLLING AFTER TERM HAS STARTED: Tuition Fees are calculated pro rata pending availability
- Click on the Register icon on your homepage and select your child’s class. Scroll down, click Submit, STOP THERE!
- Contact us to calculate your child’s tuition fees pro rata from the date they can start and advise payment options.
- If choosing Direct Debit, we’ll advise your instalment amount and charge the first instalment overnight (+ Annual Resource Fee if applicable).
- If choosing to pay upfront per term, fees will be posted to your account with a due date for payment. Penalty Late Fees apply for this option if fees remain outstanding post Due Date. (Terms & Conditions)
2025 Annual Resource Fees: (non-refundable)
Applies to Level 2, 3, 4, 5 & Song Crew Choir
- A one-off Annual Resource Fee charged on initial enrolment either upfront if paying by the term or added to the first instalment if paying by Monthly Direct Debit.
- The sibling discount does not apply to this fee and is non-refundable.
