Make sure you add your child as a student on your profile so we can advise relevant information and current availability.

If you know what class/day you want, simply log into the Parent Portal, select the class, click SUBMIT, then choose one of the payment options explained below.

Mid-Term Enrolments

Don’t enrol online  – you will be charged the full term rate at the checkout. 

Contact us to check availability. If a placement is available, we will amend tuition fees pro rata from the date your child can start

Tuition Fees Paid Per Term – Upfront and In Advance

TERM: 9 weeks 

  • Setup/Log into your Parent Portal. 
  • At the homepage click Register, select your child’s class, SUBMIT.
  • Tick to accept our Terms & Conditions & Waiver, then Finalise Registration Now.
  • Follow the prompts to the checkout.  We accept Visa and Mastercard
  • If enrolling with JLM for the first time, you’ll receive a confirmation email with some helpful information and handy tips for your child’s first day.

ENROLLING MID-TERM: Tuition Fees are calculated pro rata from week started

  • Setup a profile for you and your child via the Parent Portal.
  • Don’t enrol online  – Contact us to check availability.  If a placement is available, we’ll enrol your child for you, post tuition fees to your account pro rata, then email confirmation with a link to make payment by the due date advised. 
  • IMPORTANT:  Fees must be paid in full (including penalty late fees if applied) prior to attendance (See Terms & Conditions)

Direct Debit 

This option is not available for currently enrolled families after Term 3 or new starters in Term

ENROLLING FOR FULL or MID-TERM
Lock in your child’s placement from the time enrolled through to the end of Term 4.  As a thank you for your commitment, you receive a $20 discount per child per term. 

  • Setup/Log into your Parent Portal.  
  • At the homepage, under ‘Your Account’, click on Enroll in Auto-Pay, add your credit card details. 
  • EMAIL admin@julieloganmusic.com.au to advise the class/day you want, check availability and approve charges to your credit card.
  • You’ll then receive an email confirming your child’s enrolment, your monthly instalment amount and some helpful information / handy tips for your child’s first day.
  • Instalments: Total tuition for Term 3 & 4 paid over four months.  July instalment is paid at time of enrolment.  The remaining three payments charged on the 1st of the month – August / September / October.  

Cancellation Policy

We require notification of cancellation/withdrawal in writing. This cannot be done online via your Parent Portal.  Please refer to our Terms & Conditionsn

Your Entitlements

Enrolment entitles you to both in-person and recorded lessons!

Make-ups – Recorded Lessons in your Parent portal: can’t make it on your booked day? No problem just log in and view lessons at your leisure.

Pre-Recorded Activities accessible in your own time:  enjoy a huge variety of distractions for tetchy times, illness and those long, wet days at home. Access anytime, your BONUS  activities includes something for all ages: creative Hands-on Science, Singing Stories, Meet the Instruments and more! 

Once enrolled you can access these video resources online via your Parent Portal: “Shared Files” >Class files

Holiday sessions in School holidays. 50% discount for new & currently enrolled JLM families – contact us for your discount code to apply at the checkout.
